13 Open Flat Tip. Our open flat tattoo tips are specifically sized to fit each needle's diameter. Size 12 open flats are measured for size 12 needles.  The Bug Pin 00 and 000 open flat tips are sized for each needle diameter for the correct fit.  Check our size chart for the sizes.
