Delivery Information
Parcels weighing up to 1kg are normally shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery. In most cases, this is a next-working-day delivery.
Parcels weighing over 1kg are normally shipped via UPS. In most cases, delivery takes 1–2 working days.
Delivery may take place at any time during the day. We are unable to guarantee what time of day delivery will be made.
For studios or premises that open later (for example, 12:00 noon), deliveries may occasionally be attempted before opening time.
If you let us know, we can add a label such as: "Please deliver after 12:00 noon"
However, we cannot guarantee that the delivery company will follow this request.
Overseas Deliveries
Overseas shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) under Incoterms® 2020.
Once the goods arrive at the agreed destination, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties, VAT, and customs charges.
Customers in the EU may need to provide a VAT number or Tax ID number for customs clearance.
Where no VAT number is available, UPS will contact the recipient directly to collect VAT and import charges before delivery.
Failure to respond to UPS may result in shipment delays or the parcel being returned.
Netherlands Deliveries
Due to repeated customs clearance delays, we are currently unable to ship to the Netherlands via the website.
If you require delivery to the Netherlands, please contact us before placing an order, and we will try to assist where possible.
