Delivery Information
Parcels up to 2 kilos are normally shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery. In most case this is a next day delivery.
Parcels over 2 kilos in weight are normally shipped by UPS. In most cases delivery is 1-2 days
Delivery can take place at any time of the day.
We are unable to guarantee what time of the day the delivery will be made. On occasion with some studios that open later i.e. 12 noon, some deliveries may be attempted before this time.
If you let us know we can add a label "Please deliver after 12 noon" or any other time, but we cannot guarantee that the delivery company will adhere to this request.
OVERSEAS
Overseas carriage and transport of the Goods are shipped DDU Delivered Duty Unpaid. Incoterms®2020. Once the goods arrive at the agreed-upon location, the buyer becomes responsible for paying import duties and import fees.
